Entourage Errors

System: eMac, OSX 10.4.10, Office 2004

Error: "This identity cannot be opened with this version of
Entourage."

This is a new user's profile (not mobility or Directory, just local
account). If I log into the machine as admin I can run Entourage all
day long. But when I try to run it as the user, I get the above
error.

I did some research online and find that if the database was created
with a newer version of Entourage, then the user tries to open it in
an older version, this error appears. But that isn't the case here
since the user is brand new and hasn't had anything other than Office
2004.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It can also happen within versions--E.g., Entourage 11.0 can't open a
database last saved by Entourage 11.3--so this is common after people
first remove and reinstall, but haven't yet updated.

Since the admin and basic user accounts are presumably not opening the
same identity (since identities are stored within user accounts), this
could still be the problem.

In the Office 2004 folder --> Office folder --> Check the version for
Microsoft Component Plugin

Does it say 11.3.9? If not what version?
