Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Hello:
I have 30 users connecting to a corporate active directory network using Mac OSX 10.6.3 and office 2008. They use Entourage EWS edition. Everything has been running pretty well then all of the sudden a few of the users are constantly getting locked out because Entourage keeps asking for username and password. The strange thing is that it's only a few users. I've tired emptying the cache, putting the domain name on the same line as the user id and hardcoding the password into the account settings.
The server that get gets auto filled is
https://webmail-sv2.companyname.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx. The company/server name has been changed to protect the innocent - This is the same on every machine so why is this only happening on a few machines?
Thanks,
Rick
