Entourage, Exchange, Outlook and the little "your replied" arrow!

Hi out there,

I've just started using Entourage on our Exchange server. There is one very worrying bug/issue with it, could do with some advice! If I reply to an email in Entourage, it shows I have replied to it with the little arrow. WHen I go to Outlook, it does not show I have replied to that email! This is a major flaw and means that Entourage is little more than an email viewer for me - as if I cannot track the emails I have replied to easily when swapping from Outlook to Entourage!

Is this a bug? An issue? or am I missing something here? Because this seems a fundamental feature to enable Entourage to work, or not, on Exchange Servers!

This is a known issue but I doubt it's a bug. It's probably "by design"
or rather it was never considered important to include when developing
Entourage.

Statuses do sync between Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA). Just not
Entourage.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

I have done that - but I still think this is very poor - why on earth would you not include this function? Entourage recognises when you flag an email, but not when you reply to one? Madness?!
