Entourage-Exchange Sync Problem

Email Client: Exchange

Hi

Sorry if this has been answered already.

I use several Macs (at home and work) all using Entourage 2008 connected to my work Exchange server (which has been upgraded to ver. 2007).

When I enter a calendar appointment on a mac, it syncs fine to exchange (I can check this out by using Outlook Web Access to my work Exchange server). However, when I connect on another Mac the appointment is not synced. It appears that items on any Mac in Entourage are synced to Exchange, but it does not sync items back to Entourage.

Interestingly, Exchange does sync items to my iPhone.

Any suggestions?

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder or calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.

Hi Bill

Many thanks. Problem sorted. Although it is scary when you empty the cache to see all your calendar items disappear! But then they gradually all reappear and everything is synced.
