Entourage exchange won't sync/save contacts

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Email Client: Exchange Hello!
I'm using Entourage on an exchange server, and it won't save/recall the email addresses that I send or receive.

I have older IMAP accounts (not active) on Entourage, and when I go to write a new email, it does call up those email addresses. Just not recalling any new ones.

I've saved and re-saved in my preferences to link contacts, but it just won't.

Any ideas?
