I tried to download it, but now I cant access anything?

Hi,
Hi,

You'll need the full version, not the Home edition which doesn't support
Exchange.
On this topic, Office 2004 also supports Exchange. Not as well, but it's
there.
I tried to download it, but now I cant access anything?

Download from where? Are you talking about the demo version?

Hi, thanks.
But my webhost said that I have to upgrade to the new version of entourage to allow for exchange, this you know.

They sent me a link to the Entourage 2008 version which I can download, but when I install it nothing happens?

I got this as part of my package when I updated my account with the host server.

Ok, I guess they have Exchange 2007 and do not offer WebDAV (so you
*have to use WebServices and therefore use Entourage EWS).

Well you'll have to ask them. That's not an usual method to get Office
(or Entourage).

Is it indeed version 13.0??

Mark,

If you are still using Office 2004, you need to purchase the upgrade to
Office 2008 Business Edition which includes Web Services version of
Entourage 2008. See:

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/office2008/shop-now.mspx

If you are associated with an educational institution, check with your
license people about getting Office 2008. This is academic pricing.

The link your support provided was probably the upgrade for Entourage 2008
from non-web to web services version.
