Entourage for Mac Mail Confirmation

Does anyone know how to get a confirmation that an emai you sent has
been read/openend on MS Office 2004 for Mac Entourage Mail.. I know
you can do it on PC's but could not find it in the Mac version, any
ideas would be appreciated thanks

They're called Return Receipts, and they don't work reliably. If you
don't get one, you don't know if:

a) the other person's mail client doesn't support them (eg Entourage
out of the box ;-)

b) the other person chose not to send a notification back to you
(Thunderbird can do this)

c) something else in between doesn't support them

Useful, eh? ;-)
