Entourage Forwarding

I have just started using Entourage 2008 on Mac and to be honest I am
experiencing a lot of problems. I cannot seem to forward any emails, even
ones which contain only text. I select the address I want to forward to and I
get a message that says "Entourage has experienced an unknown error" which is
as useless as it is annoying.

Also it seems now I cannot send any emails. Initially it worked but for some
reason I am no longer able to send any emails. As a result I have had to re
route my the emails from my server to go through gmail and then into my
entourage which is complicated and doesn't seem to work smoothly.

Anyone got any ideas? The first problem is the more immediate of my problems.

First, let's be sure you are fully updated. Under About Entourage, what
version do you have installed?

You indicated you had Exchange. It helps to know what type of account is
having the problem. (POP, IMAP, Exchange)

If you are on Exchange server 2007 with update rollout 4, you can install
the EWS version for free. It has improved Exchange support.

How exactly are you forwarding?
