Entourage Freezes in Leopard & computer must be restarted...

I recently upgraded to Leopard and sometimes, after i leave my
computer for several hours, Entourage is completely frozen when I
return. (Someone else reported that it theirs is freezing soon after
attempting to send/receive which may be happening to mine too.) After
the freeze, and even after force quitting the program, I am unable to
open any applications until I restart my computer. Any applications
already open before the Entourage freeze will work fine.

Any suggestions on what i should do?

How did you install Leopard? What version of Entourage (including update)?

Upgrade Mac OS X (the default upgrade method)
Archive and Install
Erase and Install

If you used the upgrade method, you can try downloading the Combo updater
and run it over your current install, but you might have to do an "Archive &
Install".

Combo updaters will install on the same version as they¹re applying‹no need
to roll back or do a clean install.
