Entourage freezing during sleep

When I wake from sleep I often find Entourage unresponsive. Some times I can
force quit, but the app doesn't completely close. I can't relaunch. Then on
restart the system locks up and I have to force restart. Other times the
system it totally locked up and I have to force restart. I'm still on
10.4.2, on a 1.67 ghz PB. It was running fine before I migrated to this
system.
