Entourage from display name

I have a user that uses Entourage on her mac, our company is mostly
Microsoft based, but anyway when she replies to an email sent to her
the from address is displayed as .. her name <[email protected]> she
wants it just to display her name and not her email address. Is there
any setting to make this happen?

Simply put - no.

The 'from' header must have the email address in there. How this is
displayed depends entirely on what client the recipient is using. Some
display just the display name, others the full line. The sender has no
control over this at all.

THanks for replying
I realize the sender has no control but the user is saying that all the
emails she used to receive use to have just her display name in the to
field and now it is saying.. her name <[email protected]> in the to
field. I was just wondering if there was a setting in Entourage that
would affect this.

No, but if you're talking about the "To" field in the upper-right corner of
the Preview Pane, shrinking the horizontal size of the Preview Pane by
shrinking the window or expanding the Folder List should cause the "To"
entry to stop displaying the address.
