We have had a few reports of this happening during an update....even a OS
update not Office whereEntouragewould go missing. You will need to install
Office from your install CD then update. It's important to update or yourEntourageIdentity will NOT open. A change occurred in one of the earlier
updates to the database that requires the update to open.

You need to get these updaters:
11.3.5 combo
11.3.6 requires 11.3.5 to be installed
11.3.7 requires 11.3.6 to be installed
After you install from the CD, you can stuff or zip the folder. This way if
any of the applications disappear, you can just unstuff and try updating
again.
I suggest that before you update that you apply the latest Apple combo
updater for your computer. This will give you a good base on which to
install Office. I would also use "Remove Office" found the the Additional
Tools folder of Office 2004 before installing.
Combo updaters will install on the same version as they¹re applying‹no need
to roll back or do a clean install. Doing so overwrites potentially
problem-causing files.
