Entourage Group Collaboration

Hello All,

have a big question for a little feature i am missing or don´t know how to handle it! We all like the project handling in entourage project (especially when handling files and notes / schedules over our server). But iam looking for two things:

1. When iam starting to write a email to a customer our of the actual project and set a few of my colleagues (which are already assiged to that project in copy) they will not get any confirmation in their inbox that this email belongs to the project. Everyone (even if they work on the same server) they have to tagg the message for their own and assign this email to the project.

2. When i try to start the same process again, start a new email out of the project view to one of my customers, why it is not possible to see it for my colleagues (they are invited to the project). So it would help a lot to be able to share or track this informations (emails sent / emails recieved) and publish these informations which belongs to one project in our project group.

Someone has a solution or a plugin? We have a exchange server, but would do a lot to get this possible...

Sorry, but categories and projects names cannot be shared between
Entourage users.

You might consider including a keyword in your Subject so that
subscribers to your project can create a rule to add those messages to
their projects. In this newsgroup we often use "[ANN]" in the Subject of
messages to alert folks to "Announcements". This could also be used as a
keyword.

E-mail messages, clippings, and address book groups cannot be shared.

Entourage does not have a plugin architecture and many of its items do
not sync with Exchange, such as projects.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
