Entourage Groups syncing with Outlook Distribution Lists

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I use Entourage 2008 Web Edition. My virtual Assistant uses Outlook (not sure 2003 or 2007). I use a hosted Exchange server so we both are working through the server. How do I make a Group in Entourage and have it available to her in Outlook? Can she create a Group/List in Outlook and I can access it in Entourage as a Group on my side?
