Entourage hangs every time I open it

Haven't had this problem until today. Before I even click on anything the spinning wheel appears. I've tried turning off and rebooting the computer more than once to no avail.

Haven't had this problem until today. Before I even click on anything the
spinning wheel appears. I've tried turning off and rebooting the computer more
than once to no avail.

Hold the Shift key when launching Entourage. Does it open? If yes, this
disables schedules. You need to look for a message in the Outbox that's
trying to send and delete it, or use your web browser to delete an incoming
message.

If this fails....

Move your Microsoft User Data folder in Documents to the desktop. Entourage
should launch now in a new blank Identity. Try putting your old Main
Identity back into the new Identities folder.

If this fails....

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Open Entourage and
see if it launches there.
