Entourage has failed

Entourage has quit on our MAC and will not reopen. It is only 10.1.6 (so
needs updating, but I don't think I can even do that at the moment). The OS
is 10.5.5. When I click on entourage to start it gets about 1 sec into its
start up tune and stops.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I am not being able to receive any mail at this time. I can still get my aol account coming but my clearwire.net acoount has not been working since the 17th of September and this is my main mailing address for my business and such. What can I do?

Ideally you should contact your provider for assistance, this is probably
something they need to address with you.

However, it would also help if you'd be more specific. Are you getting error
messages? Have you made any changes to your settings?

In the future, please do not add onto another thread when your question has
nothing to do with the original question.

1. If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
2. If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration

You can try re-entering info.
You can delete account and create a new one.
Using copy/paste can result in an extra space being added. Type carefully.
Check your Keychain for corruption.

If you create a new User in System Preferences, you can test Entourage by
entering your account info there and see if it downloads. Be sure to set
under the Options tab to "leave on server" for the test.
