Entourage has stopped downloading "Send and Receive All"automatically

Hi Guys - Please help.

MS Entourage 2008 for Mac v12.1.7
Mac OS X v10.5.6 running on a 3.06Ghz imac

I was booting up Entourage on Friday and was told I needed to verify
and repair my database as Entourage could not access it which I duly
did and everything seemed fine accept now Entourage will not
automatically carry out my scheduled "Send and Receive All" on any of
my accounts. The account settings are all correct as I can
individually send or receive on any account manually but when I click
on the Send and Receive drop down menu, "Send and Receive All" is
greyed out. If you click on the button nothing seems to happen. I have
checked the schedule on the Send and Receive all and it is enabled and
set to every 5 mins.

As I said I have individually clicked on each account manually and it
all downloads fine. I run both POP and IMAP accounts (5 accounts in
total) and neither type seems to work automatically now.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

OK - Really sorry - I have sorted this out. Although my Send and
Recieve All was enabled I had forgotten to add each individual account
to the schedule so it was just "send and Receiving" nothing!!
Go to Tools>Accounts> then double click on each account you want to
add to your schedule and check "Include this in my "Send & Receive
All" schedule"

Simple answer I know but I don't understand how rebuilding my database
changed these settings - Any how All working fine now
Sorry if I wasted anyones time.

Glad things are working for you. Rebuilding can reset a lot of things back
to the default settings. Be sure to check your rules. Folder destinations
might need to be reset too.
