entourage help! "5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first"

I set up my sympatico account through entourage, now I can receive but when ever I send I get this:

5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first

any ideas??

This is an authentication issue. You're either using authentication and
shouldn't be, or you're not using it and should be. Please double-check your
settings and determine exactly how Entourage should be configured for your
provider.

follwd the instructions now it says server too busy to send stuff... good thing this isn't my main email account how annoying!

I have no clue as to what instructions you followed so I have no clue as to
what else to suggest. This isn't your fault it's the new web interface that
is doing this. It was released before it was ready. If you use a newsreader
to access this newsgroup, it will be easier for us to help you. Entourage
contains a newsreader that works well with the Microsoft newsgroups.
