Entourage - How to apply name stamp to replies in e-mails

I am looking to see how I set up my account so that I can make comments in the bodies of e-mails sent to me and have a signature in place to show the comment.

You can insert comments anywhere in a reply. If you reply in plain text
(rather than HTML) all the different levels of reply will be highlighted by
"greater than" > at the beginning of each line and different colors, as in
this message.

If you use HTML and you want color highlights, you'll have to set them
yourself for each insertion.

I'm not sure what you want in the way of a signature.
