Entourage/iCal Sync - dates in iCal are wrong

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

When I sync Entourage with iCal - the dates from my to do/task list in iCal are 2-3 days behind those in Entourage - is this caused by Entourage or iCal? How can I fix this.

I use Entourage as my primary mail/calendar/task application

NB. GMT +8 if it helps.

Just wondering: Is time zone support properly set in both Entourage and
iCal??
