apple systems engineer here in Los Angeles. I have a customer on Entourage 2008 with two email accounts.
One Exchange (2003 Server) account, working fine all email are coming down / displaying fine.
One IMAP (University So Cal, USC) account. This account is setup exactly as it is supposed to via USC's website screenshots.
Only 20 or so mail messages are being displayed, when there are hundreds of emails in the inbox. We know this from viewing this mailbox view webmail or from Apple Mail App. Doing Receive/Send All, results in no additional mail messages displayed.
I suspect a corrupted IMAP Account, I could just delete the account and redo the account, hopefully all the email will come down.
Has this been seen / reported, I would think this has happened to someone out there.
thanks so much,
mgm
