Entourage in Office 2004 does not see main identity from Office X

I recently upgraded my wife's office from X to 2004. When I try to
import all her mail and contacts from entourage in office X to
entourage in office 2004 it says it can not find the main identity from
office X and nothing imports. How do I get all her mail and contacts
into office 2004?Her computer is a 1ghz Titanium PB G4 running 10.3.8.

Make sure the "Office X Identities" folder in in your Microsoft User Data
folder before you select 'import'
