Entourage Inbox Not Syncing

Hello all,

On Saturday just after 3:00pm my Entourage inbox stopped syncing. As
far as I know, I didn't change any settings. The sent mail kept
syncing until Monday just after 1:00pm...weird to ssay the least eh?

Can anyone help me here? Our exchange server provider is
mailstreet.com and the only help they offered was to create a new
account profile. I have done that but all of the preferences were
reset and my folders are all gone. I would rather get my original
profile to work again.

P.S. When I was using the mailstreet website to access e-mail
everything I did appeared in the original profile except for inbox
items. Sent mail worked until Monday as I said before.

For what type of accounta? Is it Exchange?

Any error message?
