Entourage incorrectly exceeding message limitations

I'm using Entourage 11.4 to connect to an Exchange 2003 server. We have no
message size limits on the server, but if I try to send a message over a
certain size from Entourage, I get an error saying 'The message either
exceeds the message size limitations or the recipient's mailbox is full.
Error -18493' There is no message size limit set and the receipient's
mailbox is not full. This is only happening with one user, only in
Entourage. The same user is able to send large attachements via Outlook.
I've cleared Entourage's prefs files and rebuilt the database already, still
no luck. Any suggestions?

Create a new Identity and see if it happens there. Could be database
corruption.

Does this happen if the same account is accessed via Outlook for Windows?

Bill - it does NOT happen via Outlook from the same user account.

Diane - I've already recreated the database, no luck.

If you've recreated the identity and you're still seeing the problem
then something is wrong on the Exchange Server. Entourage is simply
reading what the server is presenting it and it's reading this not once
but twice.

Your Exchange Server admin may need to either recreate the account or he
may have some tools to try and fix the account.
