entourage keeps opening mail.app and then becomes unusable

hello

I'm just starting to use entourage again, after a long time with mail.app (+
iCal and AdressBook). Now, entourage over and over opens mail.app, and then
all menus are greyed out. As if it was importing something, but it doesn't.
Anyone knows why that is?
