Hi
After the last office update i now have a keychain problem. I have 2 email addresses. One is an exchange server and the other is pop. Both accounts have the issue.
When i fire up Entourage i am asked to provide my password for both email accounts. I type in my password and tick the "Save password in my Mac OS keychain", however no entries appear in my keychain. Furthermore in Entourage accounts - settings the password field is blank and the "Save password in my Mac OS keychain" box is not ticked.
As part of my troubleshooting process i have also done the following;
Verified my keychain. No issues reported.
Moved the login.keychain file under ~home/Library/Keychain then restarted Entourage. This asked me if i wished to re-create my keychain with defaults. Answered yes. Still no joy.
This is now starting to drive me nuts. This looks like an Entourage bug to me but any help to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
