Entourage launchs as far as the logo and then freezes

Yesterday I updated the software for system that Apple recommended "Quicktime 7.5" and Airport Utility 5.3.2.

Restared system - went to launch Entourage for my email and it stops/freezes at the logo appearing on the screen. I have ran all my various utilties to see if somewhere software became corrupt. Everything comes back passed/OK. What do I do to get Entourage working again and all my emails?

Please don't email me as I cannot get emails.

Try running Repair Permissions. Often restarting will fix it, but in some
cases you will need to run the combo updater or do an "Archive & Install"
when things go really wonky.

I had a problem with the QT 7.5 updater too. Entourage would open but
nothing worked. I use SuperDuper so I had a backup to revert to. I was able
to then update by logging out/in with shift key down to update. Having all
open applications closed made the difference for me.
