Microsoft Entourage 2008: version 12.1.7

Hi,
I have scoured the threads and cannot find anything that has helped so far.
I am not an expert and may be missing something so would appreciate any
help!
Since finally completing the move from Windows to Mac I have had real
problems with transferring emails from one folder to another in Entourage.
Often when I move a sent item to a relevant project folder it simply
disappears. When I log in and look at the folder via webmail or Mail (or
indeed on my old Outlook) the items are there. I have looked at possible
solutions, including filters, right-click and Œrepair message list¹,
Œrefresh message list¹ and even option-command-L but none have fixed the
problem.
I find that if I open up another email package and move the Œmissing¹ email
to my Inbox, close that email package down and then open Entourage up I can
then move the email from the Inbox to the correct folder and it shows up.
This is too long winded to be effective though.
If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.
Thanks, Jeremy
