If I have Entourage 2008 actively checking for emails and my iPhone or iPodTouch accesses the same POP account, I get errors that the server is either busy or overloaded. Then I can't send or received emails in Entourage because the password is erased. Not always but very frequently when I then repair my Keychain I get an error saying that the "Item ... has unspecified value for port attribute". The keychain will be repaired to update the port attribute. I always repair the keychain after it loses the password. This happens with various ISPs and has been going on for years as I had the same problem with Entourage 2004. Any ideas on how to fix it? My main ISP says it's an Entourage problem. Is it?
