So, i'm trying to import all my old outlook mail into Entourage and i'm having major problems - help!!
I began the process with the Outlook2Mac program from little machines.com which converted my .pst file to mbox format for mac.
I have then tried to both import via the 'import' option on the menu, as well as drag and drop the individual mbox folders. The latter option worked with some of the smaller folders but consistently entourage would freeze and i'd have to force quit after dropping the folder into inbox. For my largest folder (330mb) it only imported partially via drag and drop and many emails were missing.
I tried importing to mac mail and had no problem - all emails seem to be imported successfully. I tried similar function with Entourage (to import the folder) but will only let me import via apple mail. Fair enough - i opted to import that way, and each time it takes a good 15 minutes to import and yet ultimately, nothing has been imported! Very odd.
Ideas?!?! I suppose i could give up and use mac mail, but I purchased Entourage for a reason...
Thank you!
Becky
