Entourage menu item disappears from main title bar

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap Sometimes when I switch to Entourage by clicking its icon in the dock, Entourage becomes the active application, but the main title bar at the top remains for the previous program. I can get the Entourage menus to appear by clicking on another active application in the dock, and then clicking again on the Entourage icon, but this behavior is a bit frustrating.
