Entourage Message heading

I am running Office 2004 Entourage on MACOS Tiger 10.4.3
When addressing email messages and entering the subject and entering
the recipient addresses, the printed document (also in print preview)
includes an additional heading line titled "Conversation" with the
subject words repeated after it.
I can find no way of removing this unwanted entry that appears on all
email sent and received message prints
I have been unable to establish if this is an Entourage setting or a
MACOS print setting
I would be grateful for any help here

This is a new header introduced into email messages with Office SP2 - it is
useful for people on Exchange servers, where messages can be grouped by
conversation. For most other people the conversation header simply
duplicates the subject.

The fact it prints and can't be suppressed has already been raised with MS
and, hopefully, will be addressed in a future release.

Until then, there nothing we can do about it :(
