Hey folks -
I'd really like to move to Entourage as my one and only mail client, but I'm running into one little snag. I'm curious if anyone's figured out an *automated* way around this...
I have multiple IMAP accounts. For simplicity, I'll call them IMAP1, IMAP2, and IMAP3. When I send mail from IMAP1, I want a copy of the sent message saved in the folder: IMAP1->Sent. When I send mail from IMAP2 or IMAP3, I want a copy of the sent message saved in IMAP1->Sent.
Basically, I want IMAP1->Sent to be the only folder that gets a copy of any email I send, from any account (I do this for archival purposes).
Any of the freely available IMAP clients (Tbird, for example) allow me to do this. Unfortunately, Entourage doesn't. It will only let me choose a folder from the current account to save the sent message to. I can't "cross" accounts for some reason.
Is there some config bit I can flip so that Entourage '08 will let me do this? Or am I going to have to stick to running both Entourage (for work) and TBird (for everything else?)
Thanks!
jas
