Entourage / network home directories

Is anyone else using Entourage and [live] network home directories with
Tiger?
I have been having some major issues in testing that setup. Mostly, I
get random screen lock-ups where you can't do anything- not even
force-quit. In looking at the logs, I see one line in the
var/log/windowserver.log just before every lock up:

May 12 15:25:00 [1096] kCGErrorFailure: CGXDisableUpdate: UI updates
were forcibly disabled by application "Entourage" for over 1 second.
Server has re-enabled them.

There are lots of instances of this entry, but there is always one at
the time of the lockup.
When I am running on a laptop with a local home directory, I still see
this error, but it doesn't seem to lock up the machine. I am running
10.4.6 server and clients with Entourage 11.2.3. Most of our machines
are still on Panther due to this problem ( it hasn't been an issue in
Panther).

Any thoughts? People seeing this? Or running the same environment
without this problem?

Hi. We are using Panther clients and servers with live mounted home
directories. We have seen no issues with Entourage and our network
mounted home directories.
