Entourage New Appointment data error

OSX 10.6
Created new identity after installing Ent WSE.

Today, I manually create an appointment on my calendar. The appointment
appears but I am getting the following Error in my Error Log:

ERROR

Could not synchronize record: XXX to Exchange server: XXX

EXPLANATION

Data is corrupt

Error -19943

Why would the data be corrupt? The error code is not listed on the MVP blog
list.
