Entourage not delivering all the email

I need help. Entourage is not delivering all my emails. Sometimes I hear the chime that an email has come in but it does not show up in my in box.

Also I can see my email in my web server before it downloads into Entourage on my computer. When the emails are downloaded (deleted from the server in the process), it seems like up to a third of the emails are missing - and they are not in the junk folder.

Using MacBook Pro 15" laptop running OS X 10.5.2 with 2 GB Ram

A rule is moving the mail to another folder. Could just be spam.

A custom view will show all mail. Select the "Received today" custom mail
view and it should show you all mail.
Also I can see my email in my web server before it downloads into Entourage on

not in the junk folder.

Check your Mailing List Manager rules to see if one is sending mail to one
of your other folders.

There are 3 different kind of rules in Entourage:

Mailing List Manager (MLM)
Junk Mail Filter
Rules (custom rules you create)

They run in the order listed above. The custom rules also run in the order
they are listed. (top runs first)
