Entourage not getting email

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I am bale to push email, contacts and calendar items to my iPhone. However, I cannot update the exchanage side from my iPhone. Even more puzzling is the fact that if I use the web application and I create an calendar item it does not appear in exchange. So it isn't just an iPhone problem. Has anyone else experienced this ? IS there a setting that is missing in exchange for macs using entourage. The problem is present in a windows outlook environment.

Maybe I've misunderstood what you're trying to say, but I'm not
understanding where Entourage fits in here.

You might have better luck asking about iPhone issues in an iPhone forum
or asking about Exchange issues in an Exchange forum.
