I have some mac users on our network that are using Entourage 2008, we have
an Exchange 2007 server with rollup 7 installed running on server 2008. The
mac users have been noticing that some email messages (from different
sources) are not being displayed in entourage but if you look in OWA the
messages are there. Nothing unusual about the messages most of them just
have a PDF attached with a line of text in the subject and nothing in the
body of the email.
Now I've tried sending one particular email to another clients exchange
server and I receive that email fine on a macbook running entourage 2008.
I've also tried emptying the cache, creating a new profile on the mac,
created the entourage account on a new macbook and still the email doesn't
appear.
To me this seems like something is not right on the exchange 2007
server............but what.
Please if someone has any ideas of where to start I'd be grateful.
