Entourage not syncing to Blackberry or Address Book & it crashesregularly

having moved to Mac 12 years ago, I'd been surviving magnificently
without Bill Gates and band of misery men. However, in the past year
I resorted back to microsoft products because of work requirements.
I've now got to rely too heavily on entourage, which I find is not
bad, until recently. I actually like the layout of entourage with the
project centre calendar, contacts, tasks etc all together and i use
the project centre quite intensely, i'm using entourage 2004.

The issues I've had are:

1. entourage was copying mails from my deleted items & draft folders
and putting them in my Outbox and attempted to send them, I had over
60,000 emails copied and attempted to be sent. About 200 mails were
actually sent out to the originator of the email and it was sent using
their ID, ie. if the mail came from Peter Jones, then it was sent back
to Peter Jones from Peter Jones......?????
2. Entourage Contact entries do not match Mac Address Book entries.
Entourage = 353 entries & Address Book = 336 entries
3. Blackberry won't sync all Contact entries, I've tried syncing to
Entourage contacts as well as Address book contacts and it won't sync
properly only a fraction of the entries gets copied across to my BB.
4. Entourage crashes everyday for some unknown reason, i get an error
report, but it's not clear what it refers too, I've sent the report to
microsoft and Apple and all I get back is mutterings from marcel
marcou...not a peep from anyone.

I'm about to ditch microsoft again, but before I do that can anyone
suggest a resolution to the issues i;ve been having or can someone
offer a replacement solution for microsoft office suite.?

What BlackBerry are you using. Which OS is on your BlackBerry. If you
check Markspace (not sure if you're using Missing Sync or PocketMac)
there is an unresolved issue with the BLACKBERRY Bold and contacts and
there is a temporary workaround. Also, I found when I upgraded my
BlackBerry Curve from 4.2.2 to OS 4.5, I was experiencing the same
contact errors that the Bold users are having. I've had to revert off
Entourage to the Apple apps due to this. There are no sync issues with
the Apple apps on the Curve but I'm not sure about the Bold as I
believe it uses OS 4.6 and I think the newly released Curve 8900 is
using 4.7. Markspace is working on a fix but the Bold users have been
waiting for about a month so.....
