Entourage now crashing when I delete emails-what to do?

Hi,

Two days ago entourage started crashing intermittently while I am deleting email messages serially (one at a time). I got the following error message:

Launch Entourage pressing the Option key down to rebuild the database,
Make sure Entourage is perfectly up to date too...
