Entourage Office 2004 For Mac

I need to export data from my Filemaker Pro 8.5 contact database and
then import them into my Addresses in Entourage - when I import the
text file ( either comma separated or tab separated ) formats into
Entourage, each field has a quotation mark before and after each
field. How do I eliminate the quotations marks?
