Entourage Offline folders

We use Exchange and Entourage for our email. Last week we were told to
clean out our mail folders as we were taking up too much space on the
Exchange server. I know that I can archive messages in the Folders on
My Computer section of Entourage. What I want to know is where are
these messages stored on the local machine? We have about 30+ Macintosh
users and I would like to show them how to archive off their messages,
but I need to know where they are stored should we need to move someone
to a different computer and for backup purposes. Also, any words of
wisdom or issues with archiving messages this way that I should be
aware of?

Thanks,
Beth

/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004

I would just copy the entire Microsoft User Data folder to back up the data.
That will save all of your Entourage data.
