Why does a 12-point, HTML font in Entourage 2004 show up as a miniscule,
7-point, HTML font in Outlook 2003? Is there anyway around this other than
using plain text?

You're best bet to get around this is to send your messages in plain text
(make sure the Format -> HTML option is unchecked).
