I have just started using Projects in Entourage. I've figured out how to add contacts and associate e-mails from them to the project. What I can't figure out is how to also associate e-mails I send to these same contacts to the project.

You'll have to do this manually unless you have a rule created to
automatically add a message to the project using the subject as a
keyword. Check within your project --> Overview --> Properties button
--> Maintain.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Bill. I was afraid that was the answer. This seems like a poor product design and would be a good upgrade to the product. It seems illogical to me that you can set a rule to capture an e-mail from a project contact, but not to them. Guess I'll just have to live with it.

One thing I didn't mention earlier: As you're composing the message, you
can add the message to the Project using the Project menu button at the
top of the message. If you don't see that menu button then add it from
the View menu while you have an outgoing message open.

Hope this helps!
