When I shutdown Entourage, I am asked to empty my deleted items folder.
However, I do not see any schedule in the Tools menu that stipulates this.
Could there be a schedule to empty the folder saved somewhere else?

I suggest double-checking Tools --> Schedules... Look for those that
trigger "On quit". The option to empty your deleted items can be
appended to any schedule and my not be reflected in the name of the
schedule.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Bill,
I was incorrect, I am being prompted to "empty junk email folder".
I disabled the only schedule that was set to run and I am still prompted to "empty junk folder" when I quit Entourage.
Is there some type of embedded schedule that would be controlling this, that is not evidenced in the Tools/Schedule menu?

Hi Mike!

Check under Tools --> Junk E-mail Protection... You'll see the option to
delete messages from the Junk E-mail Protection folder older than ## days.

Hope this helps!
