Entourage quits when accessing Preferences

When I try to access the "preferences" my Entourage application quits and I
get "The Application Entourage Quit Unexpectedly" warning window.......I no
longer have the original CD¹s so I can¹t do a re-install....any
suggestions...?

This is a rare problem. One user found that re-install of Office fixed the
problem. You could try testing in a new User. Go to System Preferences -->
Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the New User by logging out/in or
use Fast User Switching. See if the problem exists in the new User.Entourage

You are woefully out of date. Entourage 2004 is currently at 11.4.0.

If you don't need Exchange you can get Office 2008 very reasonably. $114.99
