Entourage quits while on exchange server network

Entourage unexpectedly quits routinely while I am using it for email etc
through our office exchange server. Is there a patch or other download that
can fix this problem? I have already installed the 10.1.2 and 10.1.4 office
upgrades w/o any change. I am running OS X 10.3. Help!!
