Entourage receiving email in two places

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: Exchange

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me with this Entourage issue. I have a user that is running Entourage 2008. She is receiving email in her Inbox and also on 'Folders on My Computer', which I know is local to the mac. I don't know why she is receiving emails in both places. I have checked settings, but can't figure it out. If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

I bet there is a rule or mailing list manager that's copying the e-mails
to the wrong folder.... Check them out carefully.
