Entourage Reference Tools

I am unable to enter text directly or with copy/paste into any of the reference tools text boxes. I am able to use the scrapbook.

I am unable to enter text directly or with copy/paste into any of the
reference tools text boxes. I am able to use the scrapbook.

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Open Entourage. You
can skip the enter account info and see if you can use the reference tools
there. If yes, then go back to your regular User. Open Entourage and create
a new Identity. Does it work in the new Identity? If yes, then rebuild your
database. If no, then there is a problem in your User's folder. See this
