RFC-822 errors are mostly due to malformed e-mails you receive. I'm
assuming you are connecting to an Exchange server mailbox, so try switching
to a different Identity. If this doesn't resolve it, use Outlook on a PC,
and try deleting any junk e-mail, or e-mail that doesn't have a
sender/subject, etc etc. Also, try using OWA to view/delete these messages
if you are connecting to an Exchange mailbox.

Hello,
I have been using Entourage for a few weeks without any problems,
until I launched the program this am and got the following error:
<The server returned the following error
The requested message could not be converted to an RFC-822 compatible
format. Please contact your administrator.>
Also, Entourage doesn't alert me when I have mail as it did before.
I didn't set any preferences differently, this problem happened out of
the blue!
